Events: Aquatech sharing storm water filtration best practices with TRCA
 One area that Aquatech prides itself on is not just getting the job done right, but also sharing the best practices on how we achieved the desired results. On Thursday, July 24, 2008, a group from Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA) visited one of Aquatech’s project locations. The focus for the morning was for TRCA to see and learn about the filtration system Aquatech designed to bypass and filter exceedingly turbid storm water that was eventually being re-introduced into a natural watercourse.
An educational morning, Aquatech staff explained the various types of filtration equipment and how each piece contributed to the filtration and treatment of the storm water to meet acceptable water quality levels. The system included pumping equipment, enviro-tanks, an organic flocculent and micron filtration tanks.
